The challenge is to write a complete story in only three sentences. Mine is an exercise in comas, semicolons, and sibilance.
When she first learns of his release, she feels slightly sick and sweepingly incensed, but soon she sinks into consummate insanity. He has soiled her soul, not once, not twice, but none of that matters, because for a spell, he has strayed free, free to strike again, snake that he is. But she stops that now; now she grips the gun; now he holds the fear, and soon, the bullet between his eyes.
